An outstanding ornamental of rich golden, very straight culms that are mostly clean and then topped with dark green broad leaves. Clean, tidy elegant appearance and ease of maintenance. It reaches a mature height of 40′ with 3 inch culms.  Clumping bamboos can be planted without fear of them spreading beyond their assigned territory, making them non-invasive.
