~ Heliconia Psittacorum ‘Golden Torch’ is a very productive and vigorous plant. Grows well in partial shade to full sun. Plant habit is erect, from 5-6 feet tall. Blooms year round. Easy to flower in a pot. Height: 5-6 ft. Sun Exposure: Full Sun; Sun to Partial Shade.
~Temple Tangor Is a cross of orange and tangerine. It has the rounder look of an orange (often referred to as ‘Temple Orange’) and the ease of peeling and tenderness of a Tangerine (also called ‘Royal Mandarin’). The fruit is ripe in winter and spring and has a spicy-sweet flavor.
~Macarthur Palm Ptychosperma macarthurii This is one of the two most common Ptychospermas in cultivation. It is found throughout the tropical world being used in malls, parking lots, indoors and in many gardens. It is fast growing and can be grown indoors. Not very drought tolerant. There are no major insect or disease problems.
~Pulasan Pulasan is closely related to rambutan. The fruit is generally sweeter than rambutan and has a berry like flavor. Instead of soft hairs like rambutan, the fruit has soft short ‘spines’. It is tropical in its requirements, growing best out of the wind with a warm moist climate.
